Stop White-Knuckling Your Faith
A 5-Day Challenge to Trade the Striving of Control for the Peace of Surrender
It's exhausting, isn't it? Trying to control your schedule, your growth, even your relationship with God, all at once.
Here's what I want you to know: time with Jesus was never meant to be a checklist you complete to earn a word from Him. It's an invitation to open your hands, pull up a seat next to Him, and actually listen.
Over the next five days, you'll explore five different ways to meet with Jesus. Some are familiar, some may be brand new. No pressure to do them perfectly. Just open hands, one day at a time. What you'll explore:
Day 1: Fasting — making room
Day 2: Prayer — showing up open-handed
Day 3: Scripture — following the threads
Day 4: Worship — giving without needing anything back
Day 5: Rest — sharing the weight
When's the last time your time with Jesus felt like peace instead of one more thing to get right?
Maybe you've got the habit going. Maybe you're even consistent. But if you're honest, it's started to feel less like connection and more like effort — another thing to manage, measure, and stay on top of.
That flatness isn't a sign you're doing it wrong. It's usually a sign you've only ever been taught one or two ways to meet with Jesus — so when those start to feel dry, it seems like faith itself has gone quiet. It hasn't. You just haven't been shown the other doors yet.
That's what the next five days are for.
Each one is simple. Each one takes just a few minutes. And by day 5, you won't just know five new practices — you'll have felt the difference between striving for God and resting in Him. That's the shift this challenge is built for.
If we haven’t met, I’m Kaley!
I know you want to know Jesus better. It’s not for lack of effort or desire. You’ve tried countless books, journals, and guides, but you still feel stuck. I’ve been there.
I don’t have a magic pill, but I do have some tools that have helped me and will help you, too.
If you’re ready to take a step forward, I’m in it with you.
